General Terms and Conditions

- 10% of the stay is paid through the website to book the apartment.
- Within 48 hours, the payment for the first month and the security deposit will be made, minus the 10% already paid previously.
- Following this payment, the seasonal rental contract will be sent for signing by the guest and the property.
- The access codes for the apartment will be sent to you 48 hours before the check-in date.

Cancellation Policy:

-Reservations cancelled up to 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund.
-In case of early departure, a 30-day notice must be given to avoid incurring a penalty. (30 days notice to vacate).
-In the event of force majeure, at the discretion of the establishment and analyzed on a case-by-case basis, a voucher for 50% of the unused stay may be offered.
